This darker roast pulls out chocolate tones accented by spice, layers of honey, brown sugat with a satiny body. Good for espresso.

Complex cup sweetness accented by hints of fruit and spices, with well integrated acidity for the origin. Notes of sugarcane juice, orange, tamarind, peach tea, fennel, ginger tea with lemon. City to Full City Roast.

Buesaco Municipality of Nariño, Columbia · Wet Process (Washed)

Delicious brewed coffee, clean fruit accents with sugary-sweet notes as its base flavor. Highlights of raisin, cooked sugar, fruit pastry with cinnamon, malic acidity, sweet finish, well-balanced flavors. City to Full City.

Guji Zone, Ethiopia · Natural

Blueberry jam, jasmine, a syrupy finish. Tried not to crash the roast — mostly succeeded.

Huila, Colombia · Washed

Red apple, caramel, milk chocolate. The friendly crowd-pleaser of the batch.

Lintong, Sumatra · Wet-Hulled

Cedar, dark cocoa, a little earthy. Pushed it just past second crack on purpose this time.

Toffee, baking spice, gentle orange. Rested three days and it sang.

Peanut, dark chocolate, low acidity. The espresso shot that converts the skeptics.

Blackcurrant, tomato-leaf brightness, big juicy body. Loud, in the best way.
